Christine
Hi there!
I’m Christine, the founder and owner of Find Life’s Balance Senior Companionship.
After many years working in bookkeeping and business management, I felt called to create something more personal—something centered around helping people.
My passion has always been in supporting seniors and helping families feel at ease that their loved ones are receiving compassionate, reliable companionship, that allows them to remain independent, connected, and cared for in their own homes.
I moved to West Kelowna in 2023 with my husband to be closer to my mom, and family has always been at the heart of everything I do. I understand how important it is to know that your loved ones are cared for with kindness, dignity, and respect.
When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors, especially walking in nature, being near the water, and fostering dogs.
I’m certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR, my business is fully licensed and insured, and I’m bondable.
Helping families find comfort and peace of mind is truly what I love most. And because the right connection is important, I offer a free one-hour meet and greet (within my service area).

My mom has always been my role model – and I’m so grateful she continues to be a part of my life today. Her strength, love, and unwavering support inspired me to create a service that helps seniors feel seen, valued, and cared for in their own homes.
She taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and showing up for people in meaningful ways. The way she lives and loves has shaped who I am today, and is the foundation of everything I bring into my work with seniors and their families. She truly is the heart behind this work, and the inspiration behind this business. 💜
