WHO AM I?

  • My name is Christine Neveu and I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Self-Care Coach.  I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the world, where I learned innovative coaching methods, lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories. Using the principals of "bio-individuality", I help empower busy moms through mindfulness practices and self-care, so that they can have harmony in their life and their family life.   I help them discover the self-care practices that work for them so that they can lower their stress and raise their energy.

  • Conquer Mom Fatigue is a 12 week holistic program for busy moms who want to lower their stress, raise their energy, practice self-care, and create harmony in their life and their family life, all while feeling positive and energized rather than feeling guilty and overwhelmed.   

  

  • Together we will go on a customized journey as I create a safe space and support you in becoming empowered to develop your self-care routine so that you can feel in control of your life again. You will get crystal clear on the self-care practices that work for you, and I will provide you with powerful tools that will help you regain control.  With my 3M system of Mindfulness, Meditation and Momentum, you will develop valuable skills to reduce stress, feel rejuvenated by sleeping well, and become emotionally, mentally and physically re-aligned with self-care.
